Middlesex District Attorney Marian T. Ryan’s office on Thursday identified the 27-year-old man found dead last week in Framingham as a resident of Bridgeport, Conn.

Brooks Hood was found dead on April 10 at a home on Fenwick Street, officials said. Police went to the home around 6 p.m. after receiving an anonymous 911 call.

“Upon arrival police located an deceased adult male inside the home with apparent trauma to his body,” prosecutors said. “A search warrant was later executed at the residence.”

Authorities haven’t detailed the injuries that he sustained or said what evidence was found during the search. No arrests have been made.
